Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 15 oz beef broth
- 1 onion diced
- 28 oz tomato puree
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef.
- Mix in the onions and cook until they are translucent.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until blended.
- Allow the chili to come to a low boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Cook uncovered for about 2 hours.
