Day 10 of the #21DSD means I’m just about halfway there! Breakfast was a carrot muffin (from the book) with some ham and tomatoes. Lunch was tuna salad with carrots, arugula, and tomatoes, followed by the rest of the carrot mug cake I made last night. What can I say? I chopped up a LOT of carrots 🙂 Pre-workout snack before #crossfit was some ham slices. Dinner, just after CrossFit, was half a sweet potato, topped with meat sauce, and a Granny Smith apple. #paleo #cleaneating
