Meal Time

Day 8 of the #21DSD is done. Breakfast was the pumpkin smoothie from the book. Lunch was tuna salad with arugula, carrots, and grape tomatoes. Dinner was lemon ginger tagine from the Mediterranean Paleo cookbook, served over zucchini noodles, and followed by half a sweet potato, since it was after #crossfit. After dinner I made a batch of the pumpkin carrot muffins from the book, and of course had to try one. I’ll have a pic of that tomorrow, because I’m sure I’ll be having another. #paleo #cleaneating
