Meal Time

#21DSD, Day 7: one week done, two to go! Breakfast was two fried eggs with grape tomatoes and guacamole. I had a big mug of pumpkin spiced tea with coconut milk to wash it down. Lunch was Chipotle carnitas salad with mild and medium salsa and more guacamole. Dinner was bratwurst and sauerkraut, which wasn’t much fat, so decided to have a mug cake, too. The mug cake had a green banana, coconut milk, coconut flour, shredded coconut, baking soda, egg, and lime juice. #paleo #cleaneating
