Meal Time

Day 1 of the #21DSD, done! Breakfast was cottage pie (recipe in the cookbook) with pumpkin spice tea and coconut milk. Lunch was bacon-wrapped turkey breast with baby arugula and grape tomatoes topped with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. The granny smith apple seltzer water was pretty yummy! Pre-workout snack (not pictured) was a few slices of ham. Dinner was buffalo ranch chicken meatballs over zucchini noodles, with baby carrots to cool things down a bit. Since dinner was post-workout, I added some homemade coleslaw. It was going to be a sweet potato, but the coleslaw went better with the meatballs. #paleo #cleaneating
