Meal Time

Today was day 12 of my #21DSD. Breakfast was a banana smoothie with 2 eggs. Lunch was slow cooker carnitas: 6lbs pork shoulder, 2 tbsp granulated garlic, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup lime juice cooked on low for about 16 hours until it falls apart. After draining most of the liquid (fat), I added some more lemon and lime juice and served over spinach with tomatoes and guacamole. Dinner was Terlingua Red chili from Hard Times Cafe. #cleaneating #paleo
