Meal Time

Didn’t want to get my hands crabby, so I made a single, giant crab cake in a baking dish for dinner, instead of turning it into patties. Lump crab, egg, mayo, garlic, onion, coconut flour, and of course Old Bay, cooked at 375 for 30 minutes. Served it over baby spinach, and topped it with homemade cocktail sauce for a yummy #21DSD dinner. #paleo #cleaneating
