Day 6 of my #21DSD, and I’m feeling pretty good. Breakfast was leftover Arroz con Pollo. Yes, again. I made a lot of it 😉 Lunch was tuna salad (tuna, homemade mayo, onion, garlic, dill) over spinach with grape tomatoes. Dinner was chicken pad thai, using a variation of the recipe from the book. I pre-cooked the chicken in the oven this afternoon, and mixed that in with the sauce from the book, green onions, and some lemon juice, and then served over raw zoodles. I had a pumpkin spice smoothie (no protein powder, or eggs) after dinner because I was still hungry (thanks, #crossfit). #paleo #cleaneating
