Meal Time

Day 5 of my #21DSD was pretty good. Breakfast was 3 eggs, fried in ghee, with avocado and tomatoes (ok for #whole30). We went to another fall festival today, so I made a pumpkin smoothie (recipe from the book, but with 2 eggs and no protein powder). They had pit beef, supposedly without any bad stuff, at the festival, so had that as a snack. Dinner with leftover “arroz” con pollo plus mixed greens and tomatoes topped with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. #paleo #cleaneating
