Day 4 of my #21DSD is on the books. Breakfast was two eggs, cooked in bacon grease, and served with bacon and sweet potatoes. I only ate about 1/4 of the sweet potato. Lunch was kinda bad. We went apple picking, and a plain burger was the only safe option at the orchard Dinner was fake Arroz con Pollo, Cuban-style. I just made it the way I always do, but subbed riced cauliflower for the rice. Turned out so good, my niece and nephew ate some for dinner. I also had a small snack after our early dinner: small amoothie with unripe banana, coconut milk, bacon, and ice. Not bad, but think it put me over on my carbs for the day! Breakfast was the only #whole30 meal today, since dinner has peas in it! #paleo #cleaneating
