Day 2 of my #21DSD done at level 3! Breakfast was buffalo chicken scramble with green onions and avocado. Lunch was zoodles with meat sauce. Had half a green apple with sunbutter before belly dance class because breakfast and lunch were kinda late and didn’t want to eat before class. Dinner after class (kinda late) was mustard glazed chicken (from the book), sweet potato with ghee and cinnamon, and mixed greens and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add some veggies to breakfast, and some fat to lunch, and these would all fit #whole30 as well. #paleo #cleaneating
