Meal Time

Today was exhausting! My daughter was off school, and we ran errands most of the day. Breakfast was chorizo and sweet potato hash with some iced tea and coconut milk. Lunch was on the road, so we went to Chipotle, where I had carnitas salad with tomato salsa and guacamole. Dinner was one of the freezer meals I made in May: Paleo Pad Thai, served over yellow zucchini “noodles.” I had some banana fritters for dessert, and an apple for a snack. #paleo #primal #cleaneating #glutenfree
