Meal Time

I’m not doing Whole30 for now, but I am doing paleo. Today was pretty good, except for a diet soda (last one). Breakfast was chorizo and sweet potato hash, with bison instead of my usual ground pork, which I think will be a permanent switch because it was pretty yummy. I had some hot tea with coconut milk to wash it down. Lunch was carnitas with grape tomatoes and some iced tea. Dinner was picadillo, and I made banana fritters topped with fruit-only strawberry preserves. The fritters were 4 bananas, 6 large eggs, 1/2 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup ground flax, and a dash of cinnamon. #paleo #primal #cleaneating #glutenfree
