Meal Time

This weekend I had Chinese food, tortilla chips with queso, and breakfast at McDonald’s. As a result I’m puffy, sluggish, and up about 6 pounds (water weight, I’m sure). Since I have to fit into a wedding dress in 4 months and 2 days, I’m eating clean for the rest of this year. No excuses! Whole30 starts today. Breakfast this morning is Old Bay chicken and salt and vinegar kale chips. Forgot to bring some fat, but there’s still a little olive oil on both. #paleo #whole30 #primal
