Meal Time

I’m back! The first week back from vacation was tough because of some family drama, so I didn’t try too hard to do paleo. It’s so easy to slip back into those bad habits under pressure. This week I’m going cutting out the gluten and soda. Breakfast this morning is a good #Whole30 meal: chorizo and sweet potato hash with iced tea and coconut milk. #paleo #primal #glutenfree
