Meal Time

I took a break from paleo during vacation. It really wasn’t worth it; even though the cupcakes, cheesecake, nachos, and other junk tasted good, almost without fail my body failed horrible after eating them. Plus I weighed almost 10 pounds more when I got home! Today I’m working my way back, and breakfast was eggs scrambled in ghee, topped with salsa, and served with iced tea and coconut milk. I later had some of the fudge we brought back from vacation.
