Meal Time

I had some extremely ripe bananas, and a house full of kids, so decided to make banana pancakes for breakfast. They are super simple: 4 super ripe bananas, 1 cup coconut flour, and 6 eggs, mixed together and then cooked in coconut oil. This made 12 very thick pancakes that everyone loved, especially topped with a fruit reduction (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries boiled in a little water). It’s not Whole30 😉 #paleo #primal
