Meal Time – Carnitas to Recover

I pretty much fell off the wagon today, but not as far as I could have. Last night I only got about 3 hours of sleep, and so I drank a crazy amount of diet coke at work. Then I forgot to eat lunch, so I had a Larabar snack. Dinner got me back on track! I had carnitas and avocado with some kombucha. Dessert was strawberries and bananas with coconut and coconut milk. I’m hoping to get some more sleep tonight, and make better choices tomorrow. #whole30 #paleo #primal
