Dinner tonight was pretty simple: tuna with paleo mayo, carrots, and grape tomatoes. I ate about half of it before I ran out for a trial class at a local marital arts dojo. After class, which totally kicked my butt, I finished the rest and then had strawberries, banana, coconut, and coconut milk topped with some of the cinnamon roasted pecans I made last night. #whole30 #paleo #primal
