Meal Time – Day 19, Breakfast

Egg fried in ghee, over sweet potatoes, chorizo, and bell peppers, and topped with avocado. This is an easy, delicious, and very filling meal. #paleo #whole30

The sweet potatoes, chorizo, and bell peppers are basically my chorizo and sweet potato hash, minus some ground pork and spices.
