Meal Time – Day 15, Breakfast

I haven’t been very hungry in the mornings, so started using a smaller plate. This is scrambled eggs, cooked in ghee by my wonderful boyfriend, and topped with hot sauce and half an avocado. My daughter had the eggs, and said she wasn’t hungry enough for any veggies this morning. She’s going mostly paleo too, at least until we go through the rest of the junk (granola bars, crackers, and ice cream) left in the house. I’ll probably let her continue on dairy until we find another source of fat she likes. #whole30 #paleo
