Quick and easy post-5k lunch. Microwave is busted so I heated up tropical chicken meatloaf in the oven with sweet potato “noodles” (created with my spiral slicer) tossed in olive oil and salt. Added mixed greens with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The meatloaf is based on recipe from OAMM May paleo menu, but used pineapple instead of mango because of allergy. #whole30 #paleo
