Forget using the julienne peeler for making zoodles! This thing is amazing! I made sweet potato noodles and chips in just a few minutes (well, the slicing part, not the cooking). This is the Paderno World Cuisine A4982799 Tri-Blade Plastic Spiral Vegetable Slicer. GET ONE NOW!! Seriously, you’ll love it. It has three blades, which each store easily on the slicer. Two of the blades make noodle-like spirals (small or medium) and the third blade is more of a flat spiral slicer. I’ll post some pics of the output another time. You will be amazed 🙂
