Breakfast was an old standby: chorizo and sweet potato hash.
Lunch was pizza stuffed sweet potatoes. I’ll post the recipe ASAP. Lunch was pretty late because I had a massage at lunchtime (first world problems!). I didn’t want to eat a full meal before the massage, so I had a carrot cake Larabar to hold me over until later.
Dinner was mixed greens topped with citrus grilled chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes, lime juice, and avocado oil.
After dinner I had an orange and some macadamia nuts. I have a munching problem that I need to overcome.
