This is just so I can remember what I used in the delicious meat sauce I cooked the other night. Forgot to take a picture, but it was darn tasty served over spaghetti squash 🙂
2 pounds ground beef
1 zucchini
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small yellow onion
8 cloves garlic
2 28-oz cans chunky tomato sauce
1 14.5-oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-1/2 tsp black pepper
